Return & Refund Policy

At Ujwala Pharma, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are subject to the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products are eligible for return only if:

  • They are damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Medicines and health supplements are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

• Products with tampered or opened packaging are not eligible for return.

3. How to Request a Return

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

• Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team immediately.
